Great place if you are sick

I have received nothing but the best care from a variety of doctors with this practice. My PCP is Dr.Tamara Clang who always takes the time to listen to my needs and has a great sense of humor which makes awkward or difficult visits more bearable. When I became pregnant I chose to see Dr.Maria Gallo for my prenatal and post partum care. She was so calm and patient through this whole process and let me guide my treatment the way I wanted it. When I developed a case of Mastitis post partum Dr.Gallo was out of the office, but Dr.Matthew Martinez saw me right away and got me on a rapid treatment regimen. He showed he was truly concerned with my wellbeing by making sure my needs were covered and making sure I got follow up care from Dr. Scott Haskins over the weekend. Dr. Haskins was knowledgeable and effective in treating this and got PA Angela Eussen involved in my care in case I needed a follow-up during the rest of the weekend. To end this whole issue I saw Dr.Gallo again who gave me an appropriate referral where I got answers and my issue was resolved. I would certainly recommend any and all of the providers above again and again. I have never felt so important and cared for by a team of physicians and for that I commend the integrated approach of the team at Family Physicians West. Thank you all for caring about me and others who are in need of compassionate and competent care.

Thankful for the care I have received here for over 30 years. I have seen Dr. Haskins since I was a child and now he provides care to my children as well. He's seen me through some interesting health problems and has always gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care. I also recommend Dr. Martinez for any OB care. He has a calming presence, is very knowledgeable, and really listens to put concerned minds at ease. Dr. Zucker, Dr. Waugh, Dr. Nwizu, as well as the PA-Cs, Angie, Nathan, and Brian have all been fantastic when we've seen them on-call or after hours as well.

They are super-prompt about appointment times--never had long to wait. Drs are competent and friendly.

After a trip to the ER for chest pain and shortness of breath, Dr. Paczosa's nurse, Sherry, called me to follow up. She was very thorough and reassuring, letting me know they were there for me in numerous ways.

I was very happy with my visit to the West office. Dr Nathan Was very professional and he gave me the feeling of my hometown Dr. I'm very picky but this made me want to ask his nurse, which was also very professional to please ask if Dr Nathan could now be my primary Dr. I would highly recommend him.
