I’ve been a client/patient of the West Family Physicians of Greeley for a couple years after reaching Medicare age. I retired from the health field and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced the level of care from any health care in my past, and that’s saying a lot…. A huge thank you to Dr. Haskins and the most pleasant staff!

Dr. Haskins has been my doctor for years. I’ve always received top notch medical care from he and his staff. I highly recommend Family Physicians.

Appointment with Dr. Daniel Clang for a follow-up. Dr Clang is prompt in keeping to the time of your appointment, very thorough and efficient during the appointment and the medical care received is excellent.

I have been going to Family Physicians of Greeley for 10 years; I continue coming here even though I live 45 min away because all the staff is personal, kind, and it feels like those small town doctor offices. I love their flexible office hours and variety of locations to get an appt in more timely manner. I can communicate w/ office staff or providers via their portal or call the office.

I've seen Dr. Martinez for over 20 years. He delivered both of my babies. I fully trust him and Stacy to do what is in my best interest.
