I have been with Physicians of Greeley for five years. Since my first visit in early 2020 I have had nothing but great assistance from many of the staff. I have had to hold on the phone because they are busy, but each person I spoke with attempted to find a way to help me. They take messages and make certain the recipient gets the message and that person has always followed up with me.Dr. Morley is always helpful, prompt, informed or will get the answer and get back to me fairly quickly, and the information is always trustworthy. The receptionists have always followed through on the messages they take and I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly.

Tried to call to see if my blood work ticket was still open. The phone rang and rang and rang for about 10 minutes until I gave up. Smh. But they corrected the mistake.

They are really good at sticking to appointment times and getting you back to see the doctor. Dr. Waugh is calm, cool and collected. I feel very comfortable when he is in the room. He is also a good communicator and wants to help his patients.

Family Physicians of Greeley in Cottonwood is a place where you can feel welcome an with very, very good professional and caring doctors and staff . I have visited many doctors, hospitals in the last 25 years and with that experience I can say, if you need to see a doctor go to Family Physicians of Greeley you won’t be disappointed.
