One of the best decisions I made when having to change my primary care physician. Pleased with checking in,Communication, appointments,follow ups and information when I ask and even if I don't. Special thanks to Dr. Daniel Clang, he's really helped me step up with my health.

I was in the office for an Annual Physical with Dr. Scott Samuelson. Check in went smoothly. Laura was great with the vitals and early part of the physical. Dr. Samuelson listened to my concerns and addressed those as well as other items on the physical. Thanks for an outstanding physical!

Dr Cara Brown is an amazing physician. She's very knowledgeable, compassionate yet straightforward. My whole family is in her care and will continue to be. The office staff is always helpful and working hard...they Rock!

I went with my 95-year-old father to Dr Haskins, he was very thorough. He has a good bedside manner. I appreciate him taking such good care of him.
