My experience with Dr Cara Brown and Erica has been wonderful. Dr Brown understands me and my needs and has always been easy to talk to and has earned my trust. Erica is a joy to work with always laughing and in good spirits. She is fun to talk to. Being there is like being with family. I am so glad that I was blessed in finding this office.

I have never ever felt rushed to get through an appointment and am always able to talk about things. On the other hand, I have also always been seen right away with minimal wait – their time scheduling seems to be on point.

I’ve been a client/patient of the West Family Physicians of Greeley for a couple years after reaching Medicare age. I retired from the health field and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced the level of care from any health care in my past, and that’s saying a lot….
