West Family Physicians is well run. I feel very comfortable there. My lab work came back the same day as my exam, and my doctor called me with the results. I’ve been going there for around 18-20 years!
My PCP, Dr. McNair, is so wonderful and attentive! I could not ask for a better doctor. Each one of the staff members- including the front desk staff, the medical assistants, and other doctors that I have met with have also been nothing short of amazing.
Dr Kennedy is the best
Friendly & professional & caring
Friendly desk staff, quick check in, little wait time for my doctor appointment.
We have been seeing Dr Samuelson for a few months now and have been very happy with his knowledge, care and understanding. He partners with us to find the best solution for any health concerns we have. The office staff is friendly and any actions that are needed are prompt!
Always friendly/professional service. Very satisfied with Dr. Clang & his team that are thorough and genuinely concerned about my health and well-being.
The staff has been very friendly every time I’ve visited. I feel heard by Dr. Johnson every time that I come in. She asks follow up questions and explains things to me in a way that I can understand. The phlebotomists are amazing as well- they make it super quick and painless and they’re very welcoming! So glad I found FPG.
The service and personnel are wonderful Thank you!
